The K Club Wedding

Ashley, Chris and 18 of their closest friends and family made the journey from the US to the K Club in Kildare for their intimate, simple yet elegant wedding. Ashley and Chris planned everything from home with the help of their wedding planner Blaithin.

“Our wedding planner and all the vendors were absolutely wonderful. We planned the whole thing from the US, and when we showed up, we had the wedding that we had been dreaming about since we first starting planning,” Chris later told us.

“After looking online, we loved the architecture of the various estate houses of Ireland. Our family and friends spent a lot of time in Dublin, so when we found the K Club, it had the perfect combination of distance to Dublin and the country feel. The venue and grounds were absolutely gorgeous and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it.”

Ashley & Chris had their hearts set on an outdoor ceremony. That morning was cold and cloudy, but with about 30 minutes to go the clouds parted and the sun made her appearance.

“Our favourite part of the day was seeing each other walk down the aisle,” said Chris. “After such gloomy weather, it was magical!”
